URBAN OASIS: Hyatt Place Melbourne Caribbean Park
Volare Tiles and Flooring is proud to have worked with Hyatt in their new development ‘Hyatt Place Caribbean Park’ in Melbourne’s South-East, supplying tiles for the stylish hotel build.
Volare Tiles have been used across all bathrooms, foyers and common areas, including the dining and bar spaces.
Opened on 15th February, this hotel is ideal for business and leisure travelers alike, with 171 stylish guest rooms with high-tech, modern settings. The hotel is also surrounded by 275 acres of beautiful and peaceful parklands with a large lake and landscaped gardens and walkways.
Bathrooms
The rooms within Caribbean Park have been thoughtfully designed, with space for sleep, work and play. The bathrooms are luxurious yet practical, and with our floor and wall Entiva Origin White Matt tiles, create an inviting and relaxing space. The bathrooms feature tiles on the shower walls are moody and impactful, with our Entiva Black Satin Mosaic in 32*145 size.

Foyer & Common Areas
Hyatt Place Caribbean Park’s common areas provide free flowing social spaces, for a smooth transition for guests to go from work to relaxation. These areas include: Archie’s Farm restaurant and bar, the lobby lounge, The Market, a 24-hour fitness center and the large event space.
The foyer and common areas feature our Flaviker Navona Bone Matt tiles, specially produced in 600*1200, 600*600 and 300*600 to create a french pattern.
The commercial kitchen features our popular splashback tile ‘Entiva Glazed Mosaic White Matt’ in 32*145, and the walls are covered with ‘Entiva White Gloss’ in 300*900.
